Biography
Ekaterina Lapina was born on October 8, 1974 in the city of Kalinin (now Tver ). She graduated from the Yaroslavl State Theater Institute in 1999 . After graduation, she moved to Moscow . She was an artist of the Pokrovka Theater under the direction of Sergei Artsibashev .
She acted in films a lot, in total on her account there were more than 30 roles. The comedy “ DMB-002 ” and its sequel brought her special popularity, where she played the role of ensign Karnaukhova.

Death
On the morning of February 15, 2012, Ekaterina Lapina, who lived with her husband in a country house near Lobny , was going to the screenings. Because of the ice, her car drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a garbage truck. In the hospital, she underwent surgery, but in the evening of the same day she died at the 38th year of life [1] [2] . An urn with ashes was buried in the Nikolo-Arkhangelskoye cemetery (33 sites).
