Elemer Tertak ( Hungarian Elemér Terták ; November 2, 1918 Budapest , Hungary - July 8, 1999 Budapest , Hungary ) - Hungarian figure skater , bronze medalist of the 1937 World Cup , bronze medalist of the European Championships 1934 and 1937 , three - time champion of Hungary in 1937-1939 in men's single skating . Member of the Winter Olympics in 1936 .
