Stenus ageus (lat.) Is a species of staphylinids from the subfamily Staphylininae . Distributed in Central and Northern Europe , in southern Buryatia , in Transbaikalia , northern Mongolia , Korea , China , Yakutia and North America [3] . The body is black, with a brownish tint, covered with short hairs. Antennae and legs yellowish-brown; club of antennae and apex of hips dark.
