Biography

From the peasants of Podolsk province . He graduated from the Bratslavskoe two-year urban school. A lawyer by profession.

Since the beginning of the First World War , due to the general mobilization , the military service was mobilized on August 15, 1914 and assigned to the 7th infantry infantry battalion. 02/14/1915 graduated from the 2nd Kiev school of ensigns (he studied at the same time as EI Volokh ). 02/23/1915 as part of the 7th marching battalion with the rank of ensign sent to the front. He served in the 11th Finnish Infantry Regiment ( 22nd Army Corps ), in which he took part in battles. The last rank in the imperial army is the headquarters [1] .

After the February Revolution, actively engaged in political activities. At the First Military Congress in May 1917 he was elected a member of the All-Ukrainian Council of Military Deputies. Since July 1917 - a member of the Ukrainian Central Rada . From the same year - the centurion of the Army of the UPR .

On November 12, 1917 - Chief of Staff of the Kiev Military District , and after the resignation of Lieutenant Colonel V. A. Pavlenko , from December 13, 1917 - Head of the Kiev Military District.

In January-February 1918 - the commander of the UNR troops on the anti-Bolshevik front , the organizer of the defense of Kiev from the Soviet troops M. A. Muravyov . On January 23, Order No. 8 appointed S. V. Petlyura ataman of all the paramilitary units of Sloboda Ukraine supporting the Ukrainian People’s Republic and tasked him with clearing Poltava and Slobozhanschyna from the Red Guard units .

In February 1918, after the capture of Kiev by Soviet troops, he hid in the area of ​​the city of Zolotonosha , which was controlled at that time by the Free Cossack formations under the command of Yu. O. Tyutyunnik , a member of the Ukrainian Central Rada.

On April 22, 1918, he was appointed governor of Kievshchini (assistant - ataman Andrienko).

After the transfer of power to General P. Skoropadsky went to the illegal position and began to fight with the hetman regime and the Austro - German occupiers . Hid in Odessa , then headed the 15,000th insurgent detachment in Zvenigorod district .

11/30/1918 captured Poltava , where he dispersed the hetman civil and military administration. At the same time about 100 officers of the Ukrainian army led by the commander of the 6th Poltava Corps, General Alexander Slesarenko, died. A few days later, the Bolshevik-Left Socialist-Revolutionary Revolutionary Committee, organized in Poltava, was dispersed by the 2nd Zaporozhye Regiment of the Directory . Shinkar Dyachenko was arrested, but escaped execution by running.

Having escaped from execution, he led the uprising against the UNR Directorate in Poltava region and went over to the side of the Government of the Ukrainian SSR . He was one of the active leaders of the Ukrainian Communist Party (the Borotbists) .

From the end of 1919 was the "red" commandant of Uman . As part of the 60th Infantry Division, the Red Army took part in battles against units of the UNR Army in force — participants in the first winter campaign .

He died in battle (killed by the centurion Chapaitis from the 2nd cavalry regiment named after I. Mazepa of the UNR Army) near Art. Bogdanovka, near Uman .
