Geography
It is located in Ciscaucasia , on the Prikalausky heights of the Stavropol Upland , on the Shangala River.
Distance to the regional center : 76 km. Distance to the district center : 26 km.
History
Established: 1918
In the 30th year the collective farm was created to them. Ostapenko.
In 1970, a secondary school, a hospital, and a comprehensive reception center were built.
