The Northern Mariana Islands national football team is the national team representing the Northern Mariana Islands in the international football arena. The first official match was played in 2007.

He is a member of the East Asian Football Federation [2] and an associate member of the Asian Football Confederation , but does not have a FIFA membership [3] . It is managed by the National Football Federation of the Northern Mariana Islands , which is located in the city of Garapan on the island of Saipan [4] .

East Asian Championship
The national team made its debut at the 2008 East Asian Championship in 2007, having lost 2: 3 at home and 0: 9 away from Guam in the preliminary round. The games took place on March 25 and April 1, 2007 [7] .
In 2009, the team participated in the East Asian Championship 2010 for the second time. The qualifying tournament, which took place in Guam from March 11 to 15, 2009, the team did not pass, taking last place and losing all three matches with a total score of 3:12 [8] .
In 2012, the team participated in the East Asian Championship for the third time in 2013. The qualifying tournament, which took place in Guam from July 18 to 22, 2012, the team did not pass, taking last place and losing both matches with a total score of 2: 8 [9] .
In 2014, the team for the fourth time participated in the East Asian Championship 2015. The qualifying tournament, which took place in Guam from July 21 to 25, 2014, the team did not pass, taking last place, losing two matches and sensationally defeating Macau in one match with a score of 2: one. AFC Challenge Cup 2014
On March 2, 2013, the national team debuted at the AFC Challenge Cup 2014. The qualifying tournament, which was held in Nepal from March 2 to 6, 2013, the team did not qualify, taking last place and losing all three matches with a total score of 0:19 [11] .
