Biography
Born April 17, 1957 , Kazakh by nationality; higher education. In 1982 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy with a degree in economics; in 1992, the Kazakhstan Institute of Management and Economic Forecasting with a degree in theory of socio-political relations.
After graduating from the institute, he began his career as chief economist of the Soviet Kazakhstan collective farm of the Zhelezinsky district , then he worked as secretary of the party committee of the Zhelezinsky state farm.
From 1991 to 1996 - deputy head of the regional agricultural administration, chief accountant of the state farm, chairman of the state cooperative, deputy akim, head of the agro-industrial complex of Zhelezinsky district.
From 1996 to 2003 - Director of KSHP Enbekshi, then Director of BAT-RV LLP.
From 1999 to 2003 he was a deputy of the Maslikhat of Pavlodar region.
From December 2003 to November 2007 , he headed the Kachirsky district of Pavlodar region [1] [2] .
Since November 6, 2007 he was appointed akim of the city of Aksu of the Pavlodar region [3] .
On October 8, 2011, he was appointed akim of the city of Pavlodar [4] .
In connection with the transfer to another job, on April 12, 2014 he applied for resignation from his post [5] .
Since July 2015, he headed the communal state institution “Қоғамдық келісім” apparatus of the akim of Pavlodar region.
In August 2016, he was appointed akim of Bayanaul district of Pavlodar region [6] .
Married, has three children.
