Biography
Born in New York (USA). He graduated from the Theological Academy "Tomheim-Timimim Lubavitch" in New York, received a rabbi and has the qualifications required to work in a rabbinical court. Since July 1992, Pevzner has been the envoy of the Lubavitcher Rebbe in St. Petersburg and the head of the St. Petersburg rabbinical court. Since 1996 - Chief Rabbi of St. Petersburg, member of the European Conference of Rabbis. Also, Menahem-Mendl is a member of the FEOR rabbis and is a member of the Committee of Envoys of the Lubavitcher Rebbe in the CIS .
