Content
Biography
Born in Vorotaevka, Podlesnovsky (now Marksovsky ) district of the Saratov region [3] . He graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering.
He began his labor activity as a shepherd of the Zorkinsky state farm in the Balakovsky district of the Saratov region . After graduation, he worked as an economist at the Zorkinsky state farm.
From 1981 to 1992, he worked as chief engineer, director of the Dzhanybek autotransport expedition enterprise, and chief engineer of the state farm “Urdinsky” in the Urdinsky district of the Urals region.
From 1992 to 1996 he worked as head of the Dzhanybek district administration of the West Kazakhstan region .
From 1996 to 2002 he worked as director of the West Kazakhstan regional branch, general director of the State Enterprise "Kazakhavtodor" of the city of Astana .
From 2002 to 2007, Head of the West Kazakhstan Oblast Directorate of the Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure, Director of the Passenger Transport and Highways Department of the West Kazakhstan Oblast.
From 2007 to 2008, Akim of the Taskalinsky District of the West Kazakhstan Region.
From April 18, 2008 to January 14, 2012 - Akim of the city of Uralsk.
In January 2012, he was elected on the party list as a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Kazakhstani Parliament of the fifth convocation, a member of the finance and budget committee [3] .

Wife - Dariga Rushanovna Urazova. Children:
