Diglossa plumbea (lat.) - a species of birds from the Tanagra family. Birds live on arable land, in subtropical and tropical (low-lying) wet and mountain shrubs and heavily degraded forests, at an altitude of 1200–3300 meters above sea level [1] , from central Guanacaste ( Costa Rica ) east to Veraguas (western Panama ) [2] . Body length 10 cm [3] , weight about 9 grams [1] .
