Vasilishkovsky district is an administrative-territorial unit within the Byelorussian SSR that existed in 1940-1960. Center - the urban village of Vasilishki, since 1954 - the urban village of Ostrin.

Vasilishkovsky district was formed in 1940 as part of the Baranavichy region . In 1944 it was transferred to the new Grodno region . As of January 1, 1947, the area of the district was 0.7 thousand km². It included 2 villages (Vasilishki and Ostrina) and 12 village councils:

On January 20, 1960, the Vasilishkovsky district was abolished, and its territory was divided between the Radunsky and Schuchinsky districts.
