Per Beckman (born July 22, 1950 , Surahammar , Sweden ) is a Swedish hockey player , a hockey coach who previously led the Danish national team .

Career
As a player, he became famous thanks to his performances for Ferjestad , with whom he became the silver medalist of the Swedish hockey championship.
As a trainer he worked with clubs: Oskarhamn (1978-1981), Wesby (1981-1983), AIK (1983-1987), Ferjestad (1987-1988), Zug ( Switzerland ) (1988-1989), Ferjestad (1993-1997 ), MODO (1997-2001), Vristeres (2003-2007), Frelund (2007-2008).
From 2008 to 2013 he coached the national team of Denmark . Under his leadership, the Danes achieved the highest success, reaching the quarter finals of the 2010 World Cup .
