Cayman Islands women's national volleyball team - represents the Cayman Islands at international volleyball competitions. The managing organization is the Cayman Islands Volleyball Federation (CIVF ).

History
The Cayman Islands Volleyball Federation was formed in 1976 . Since that year, he is a member of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the Confederation of Volleyball of North, Central America and the Caribbean (NORCECA) . Currently, beach volleyball is very popular on the islands, which is significantly faster than classic volleyball.
For the first time, the Cayman Islands Women's National Team was formed in 1992 to participate in the championship of the Caribbean Zone Volleyball Association (CAZOVA), held in Jamaica . On it, the newly formed team took the last 4th place. At the next such tournament, held in Trinidad and Tobago in 1993 , the islanders took the 8th place out of nine teams, after which they did not participate in NORCECA regional tournaments.
In 1999, the women's team of the Cayman Islands for the first time took part in the volleyball tournament of the Island Games , held in Finland's Åland Islands . The result was modest - the penultimate 9th place. Subsequently, volleyball players from the Cayman Islands were another 6 times among the participants of volleyball competitions in the framework of the world sports forum of island territories. The best result is the 5th place they took in 2001 .
The Cayman Islands National Team has participated in four World Cup qualifiers four times. For the first time, the team took part in the 2006 World Championship qualification . In the group tournament in the framework of NORCECA, held in April 2005 in the capital of Jamaica, Kingston , the islanders took last place, losing to all three of their rivals. On April 15, the national team debuted in the framework of official competitions under the auspices of the FIVB. Volleyball players from the Cayman Islands lost 0-0 to the mistresses of the group round of the Jamaican national team .
The Cayman Islands team was also among the participants in the qualifying tournaments of the World Championships 2010 , 2014 and 2018 , but losing to all rivals, the islanders invariably closed the tournament tables and dropped out of further selection.
In all other competitions of world and regional scales, except for the three above-mentioned tournaments, the women's team of the Cayman Islands did not participate.
