Biography
Mutyk Akhmadullin was born in 1910 in a village Ursalabash (now - Almetyevsk district of Tatarstan ) in a peasant family. Received primary education . In 1932 - 1934 he served in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army. In 1935 - 1941 he worked at the timber industry enterprise in the Leningrad Region . In June 1941, Akhmadullin was again called up for service in the Red Army. Since August 1942 - on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War. In 1943 he joined the CPSU (b) . By December 1944, Sergeant Akhmadullin commanded the detachment of the 3rd Engineer-Battalion of the 51st Engineer-Combat Brigade of the 46th Army of the 2nd Ukrainian Front . Distinguished himself during the crossing of the Danube [2] .
On the night of December 4-5, 1944, Akhmadullin, despite enemy artillery fire, sent a landing of 18 soldiers in the Ercie area near Budapest on a boat across the Danube on the first flight. Having crossed the Danube, Akhmadullin participated in the assault on enemy positions. After the failure of his commander, he led the landing group and was among the first to attack the enemy trench. Together with his colleagues, Akhmadullin destroyed three machine-gun points, blew up the bunker , and then participated in repelling the enemy’s counterattack [2] .
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated March 24, 1945, Sergeant Mutyk Akhmadullin was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal [2] .
After the end of the war, at the end of 1945 he was demobilized. He lived in the city of Almetyevsk , worked as a merchandiser. He died on December 18, 1974 [2] .
He was also awarded the Order of the Red Star and a number of medals [2] .
