Biography
She was born on October 20, 1965 in the city of Tiraspol of the Moldavian SSR in a family of workers.
In 1982 she graduated from Tiraspol Secondary School No. 6, and then Tiraspol State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in “ teacher of Russian language and literature” [2] .
Labor
- Since 1983, she worked as a kindergarten teacher, pioneer leader, teacher of the Russian language and literature, deputy director of the school.
- From 2003 to 2008, she worked in the Ministry of Education of the PMR , where she went from the main specialist to the first deputy Minister of Education, combining leadership with teaching and research.
- In 2006, a decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation awarded the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences .
- From 2008 to 2012, she worked in public institutions of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic .
- On January 24, 2012, by decree of the President of the PMR, she was appointed to the post of Minister of Education of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic. [3]
- Since March 29, 2012, he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic for Social Policy [4] .
- On October 2, 2013, she was relieved of her post of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika for Social Policy [5] and was appointed the first vice-rector of the Transnistrian State University T.G. Shevchenko [6] . In December 2014, the position of the first vice-rector was abolished, transforming into a post by the vice-rector for general affairs [7] .
In February 2015, by Decree of the President, the PMR was appointed to the post of head of the Office of the President for Cooperation with Public and Religious Organizations [8] .
The author of more than 10 publications in the field of pedagogy and educational content [9] .
