Pachylina (lat.) - a subgenus of leaf beetles of the genus Chrysomela . Representatives of this subgenus are characterized by the following features [1] :
- third segment of tarsi notched at apex;
- elytra monochromatic, metal;
- humeral tubercle on elytra weakly pronounced;
- apex of elytra elongated in females into a sharp denticle.
