Dzhangir Abbasovich (Ali Abbasovich) Kerimov ( Azeri. Cahangir Abbas oğlu Kərimov ; July 18, 1923 , Baku - February 22, 2015 , Moscow ) - Soviet and Russian lawyer , doctor of legal sciences, professor, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and the Russian Academy of Sciences (1966) , academician of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (1967). Laureate of the State Prize of the Azerbaijan SSR (1981), chief researcher at the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences , Moscow State Law Academy , MUH, member of the Department of Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences [2] .

Content
Biography
He graduated from the Baku Military School of Anti-aircraft Artillery in 1942, was sent to the Transcaucasian Front and participated in the Great Patriotic War . Fired on May 29, 1946. In the same year he graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Law Institute , in 1950 he defended his thesis, in 1961 - his doctoral thesis.
In 1965-1969 - Vice-Rector of the Leningrad State University . From 1989 to 1991 - People's Deputy of the USSR , a member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR .
He headed the Department of State Construction and Law at the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1971.
For many years he worked at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation , and subsequently the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation .
He was awarded orders and medals of the USSR and foreign countries, as well as public awards including the Medal of the Order Patron of the I degree "Honor and Benefit." Winner of the State Prize of the AzSSR.
Member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts , the Finnish Academy of Sciences and Literature, the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts , the Russian Academy of Social Sciences, the International Academy of Information Processes and Technologies, the Academy of Political Sciences of the Russian Federation, the International Academy of Informatization , Honorary Vice Rector of the Hong Kong Institute of International Law and Economics.
He died on February 22, 2015 in Moscow. He was buried at the Troyekurovsky cemetery (school 19a).
Scientific Activities
Specialist in philosophical problems of legal science, social planning and management, theory of state and law . The works are devoted to the general theory of law ( sociology of law and philosophy of law ), methodology of legal science, legislative technique, psychology of law, legal cybernetics, and comprehensive social prevention of offenses. Author of over 800 scientific publications, including 40 monographs .
