Ginder mahal

Yuvraj Singh “Raj” Dhesi ( born July 19, 1986 ) is an Indo-Canadian wrestler who became famous for performing in WWE under the name Ginder Mahal [1] , where in May 2017 he won the title WWE champion . The second wrestler of Indian descent, who won the world heavyweight champion title (The Great Kali won the now defunct heavyweight world champion in 2007) and the first who won the WWE champion title.

Wrestling career

World Wrestling Entertainment / WWE

FCW (2010–2011)

In December 2009, he moved to Florida, where he began performing at FCW. In 2010, his contract ended.

Main roster (2011–2014)

April 29 first appeared in WWE. He formed a team with Great Kali and his brother Rajin Sinh, but later committed a hiltern and forced Kali to follow him. Together they competed against Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne and managed to win. On September 16, Mahal defeated Heath Slater . Later Kali did not like these manipulations and their team broke up. On October 7, Ginder defeated Isekiel Jackson . November 11 defeated Ted Dibiasi , after which they began to feud. He later quarreled with Seamus , who lost to Mahal. In the 1000th issue of Raw, Ginder Mahal and 5 other wrestlers attacked Kane, but Undertaker appeared and they threw six hills into the ring. Return to WWE (2016 – present)

After splitting brands in 2016, he earned a contract with Raw, defeating Heath Slater. For the rest of the month, Mahal began to lose to players like Neville , Sami Zayn and Darren Young . In a September 12 episode of Raw, Mahal stated that after he left WWE, he “felt anger and rage” and has since “found inner peace” before defeating Jack Swagger.

On a December 19 episode of Raw, Mahal began an alliance with Rusev after Mahal collided with Rusev’s rival Enzo Amore before the two attacked Enzo. In the January 2 episode, Raw Mahal and Rusev defeated Cass in a 2: 1 handicap match. In the January 9 episode, Raw Mahal lost to Cass, who had Sean Michaels in the ring; Michaels performed his finisher Ruseva in the ring, which distracted Mahal. On January 23, in an episode of Raw Mahal and Rusev, along with Brown Strovman and Titus Onil, defeated Enzo and Kassa and New Day. On February 27, in the episode Raw, Mahal and Rusev began to exert tension after Rusev inadvertently distracted Mahal, resulting in two losing to New Day. At Fastlane 2017, Mahal and Rusev informed general manager Mick Foley of their desire to return to the single player tournament, which prompted Foley to place both of them in singles that night. At WrestleMania 34, he won a four-way fatal battle, retaining Rusev and became the new US champion. He later lost the title to Jeff Hardy. During the introduction of the 24/7 title on every weekly, he turned Truf on hold, but he pulled himself loose, but in the end on June 4 he still kept R-Truf on the golf course, but after 11 seconds he was rolled up by Truf, who regained the title. On June 6, Mahal turned off in the segment near Truf's plane, becoming the champion 24/7 for the second time. After 6 hours, he was kept all the same R-Truff on the plane, losing the title.
