Biography
From the nobles of the Pskov province, was born in 1763 .
The service was recorded in 1773 by a courier of land artillery.
In 1777 he was transferred as a corporal to the Life Guards Preobrazhensky Regiment, on January 1, 1786 he was released as a captain in the army.
From October 1789 he served in the main commissariat; November 18, 1796 he was promoted to colonel and appointed Moscow commandant.
On July 12, 1797 he was appointed chief of his regiment's garrison name and the Dinaburg commandant.
February 2, 1798 promoted to major general ; On October 28, 1799 he was appointed Ober-Ster-Kriegs Commissioner of the Fleet and present in the Admiralty College.
On October 19, 1800, he was promoted to commissary general. He was dismissed from this post in 1803 .
In 1820 he was appointed senator.
He died on March 23, 1826 .
