Biography
In 1848 - 1849 he took part in the First War of Independence .
April 3, 1848 appointed, July 31, 1849 approved and sworn in as senator of the Sardinian kingdom .
Since 1849 - Member of the General Staff of the Naval Forces of the Sardinian Kingdom.
C April 3, 1850 - Count .
Over the years, he served as vice president of the Navy Governing Body, president of the Navy Permanent Consultative Congress and president of the General Council for Marine Health.
Since February 5, 1851 - Member of the Senate Commission of the Kingdom of Sardin to review the draft law on conscription.
Since 1868 - a member of the Italian Geographical Society.
