Biography
Christian Skur was born on May 14, 1741 in the city of Pegau near Leipzig [2] .
He studied at Wittenberg University , worked as a gardener, and also became a master of design and engraving. Skur was a supporter of biological systematics and devoted himself to the study of Wittenberg flora .
Christian Skur died July 17, 1811 in the city of Wittenberg [2] .
