Jamaleil Maksharipovich Mutaliev ( Amir Adam , Kadiy Abu-Dudzhan [1] ; August 10, 1976 , Nazran [2] - May 21, 2013 , ibid.) - leader of Jamaat Galgaiche after the assassination of Adam Tsyzdoev . He was also a qadi (Sharia judge) of Ingushetia .

Biography
He joined the militants during the Second Chechen campaign , and was part of Shamil Basayev’s close circle [3] .
He was suspected of a terrorist attack on the city market of Vladikavkaz , which killed 19 people, as well as a suicide bombing in August 2010 on the Rostov-Baku highway in Chechnya, in which four police officers died [4] .
He was on the federal wanted list.
Death Message
On January 27, 2012, the media announced the destruction of the military amir of the Caucasus Emirate during an operational-military action in the village of Ekazhevo ; however, as it turned out later, it was another person with the same name and surname [5] .
Destruction
On May 21, 2013, a counter-terrorism operation regime was introduced in the Gamurzievsky municipal district of Nazran . The forces of the fighters of the Republican Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB blocked a private house on Barieva Street. After the evacuation of residents of nearby houses, negotiations began with militants in the house, during which they refused to give up, and a woman with a baby left the building. Both gunmen were killed during the shootout. One of them turned out to be Jamaleil Mutaliev, the military emir of the Caucasus Emirate , close to Doku Umarov [6] [7] , [8] .
