West Pomeranian dialect ( German: Westpommersch , also called anteropomeranian , Vorpommersch ) - a dialect of the Mecklenburg- Anterior Pomeranian group of the Low German language . Like other dialects of the East- Low German space , West Pomeranian was influenced by the Slavs , therefore its pronunciation is more rigid. In the west, the dialect passes into Mecklenburg , and the boundaries of the transition are vague and undefined. South West Pomeranian mixes with the Marx-Brandenburg dialect .
