In August 1980, P. Nizkovsky became a member of the regional meeting of young writers, the leaders of creative seminars of which noted the high level of his fables in prose, such a rare literary genre in our time [2] . The first solid publication of fables in the prose of P. Nizkovsky was held by the efforts of the secretary of the regional writers' organization Yevgeny Kurennogo in the literary almanac “Siberia”. And in 1983, a large collection of fables in prose was placed in the magazine “Baikal”. The first author's book, The Look at the World, was published in 1985 in the East Siberian book publishing house . The annotation to it noted: "In his fables, written in prose, he ridicules bureaucracy, opportunism, arrogance . " Two years later, Pavel Nizkovsky's story “Sewing, Stepan, the Floorboard” was published in the same publishing house.
In the 90s, his books about prose fables and parodies “Miracle in feathers”, “Viva, pranksters, viva!”, “Unusual love” come out of print.
In the preface of the book “Miracle in Feathers” it is noted: “The fables feel the problems of today, the breath of our uneasy time ... Will cause not only a smile, but also serious reflections on the problems of the present, literary parodies full of soft humor, and often sarcasm” . Many publications of his works are published in periodicals, including the Vestnik Kultury newspaper and the Zapadnaya Dvina magazine , and in collective collections.

But behind all this, a benevolent desire to make people kinder and righteous shone through.
