The Army of God is a Christian terrorist organization that fights abortion [1] . HBO created a documentary about this organization, “ Soldiers in the Army of God ” [2] .

Activities
The earliest reliably known episode involving the Army of God occurred in 1982 . Three members of the Army took Hector Zevallos, the doctor who had the abortion, and his wife Rosalie Jean hostage. The hostages were released unharmed. The East Coast division of the Army claimed responsibility for the attacks of Michael Bray and his two accomplices against seven abortion clinics in Maryland, Virginia and Washington in 1985. [ 3] .
The Army of God claimed responsibility for the attacks of Eric Rudolph against abortion clinics in Atlanta and Birmingham in 1997, as well as against a lesbian bar [4] .
