Köktokai County ( Uig. خْكتْكاَي ناھىيىسى; Köktoqay nahiyisi , Kazakh كوكتوعاي اۋدانى; Kөktғai audany ) or Fuyun County ( Chinese уп 县 县 п district , Pinyin : Fùyin xiцinjyзyзyin district ) The name in translation from Kazakh means "green thicket." The administrative center is the village of Kuirtysh.

Content
History
Kektokai was isolated from Burultokai and received self-government in 1937. In 1959, the county’s administrative center was moved from the village of Kektokai to the village of Kuirtysh.
Geography
In the north, the county borders with Mongolia , in the east - with the county of Chingil, in the west - with the county of Burultokai, in the south - with the Changji-Hui Autonomous District .
