The Church of the Entry into the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Chernev is the Orthodox Cathedral of the Paraskevo-Pyatnitsky deanery of the Moscow city diocese . Located in South Butovo , not far from the Buninskaya Alley metro station.

Content
History
The first decree of the new Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin was an order dated October 28, 2010 on the allocation of 0.9 hectares of land to the community for the construction of a new church. The project was approved, which involves the construction of a cross-domed three-apse temple in the old Russian style. The upper church with the main aisle is designed for more than 1000 parishioners; the lower church will have a baptismal church and a church shop . The area nearby will be landscaped, parking for 40 cars and a playground are provided. In the future, premises will be built for an expanded parish Sunday school, which has existed for about 15 years.
On December 4, 2010, on the feast of the Entry into the Church of the Most Holy Theotokos , a solemn bishop service was celebrated in the Church of the Nativity of Christ in Chernevo. After the service, at the construction site of the future temple, the order of consecration was performed before the future laying of stone and a cross was erected [1] .
On October 14, 2011, the ceremony of consecrating the tabs of the cathedral took place [2] .
