Biography
In 1962 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Lviv State University .
He worked as a journalist in the newspapers “Lvivskaya Pravda” ( Lviv ), “Red Banner” ( Vladivostok , 1963-1970), and “Hammer” ( Rostov-on-Don , 1970-1980). About thirty years he worked as his own correspondent of the republican newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” in the Dzhezkazgan and Karaganda regions, a leading specialist in the media, press secretary of the akim of the Karaganda region . Correspondent of the newspaper "Details" in the Karaganda region.
Member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR since 1965. Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Informatization [1] .
