Biography
In 1959 he won the gold medal of the Mediterranean Games at a distance of 100 m. At the Summer Games in Rome (1960) he became the third in the 200 m race, showing a personal record (20.83 seconds). About 100 meters he reached the quarterfinals of the 4 x 100 meters relay, he left the French team in the lead role.
He was a two-time champion of France at a distance of 200 m (1956 and 1959), in 1958 he won the βsilverβ. In 1959 he became the best in the 100-meter.
