“New Television” is a Kazakhstani television channel , which has been produced since 2003 by the ART television company, based in the city of Karaganda ( Kazakhstan ). The television company is part of the media group together with Novoe Radio (Zhaңa FM) [1] (101.2 FM) [2] . Member of the National Association of Broadcasters . The potential audience of the channel is about three million people, the volume of daily broadcasting is 24 hours [3] . The basis of broadcasting is own production.

History
- The ART television company began broadcasting, went on television October 15, 2002 on the 39 DMV range .
- In 2003, for the first time in Kazakhstan, the reality show "Behind Sulpak Glass" was organized.
- In 2007, for the first time in Kazakhstan, the Internet broadcasting of ART television programs was organized.
- On September 12-13, 2008, the company’s team took part in the “ Karaganda - Zhosaly (sanatorium) ” bike ride [5] [6]
- The first regional television company to start broadcasting in cable networks in the digital format MPEG-2 , MPEG-4 [3] .
