Biography
Member of the Great Patriotic War. Been called 24.07. 1941 [3] . After the call enrolled cadet Moscow Military-Political School of. V.I. Lenin; as part of his unit participated in the defense of the Moscow region [3] . From December 1941 - propaganda instructor of the 804th Infantry Regiment of the 229th Infantry Division, wounded at Stalingrad (two light injuries, one heavy) [3] .
Since May 1943, he continued his studies at a special faculty at the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering . From May 1944 he worked in the construction and installation organization of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the USSR. In March - October 1945, he performed a special task of the Government of the USSR in Germany, for which he was awarded the Order of the Red Star [3] .
- 1946 - 1950 - chief engineer of the Tambov construction management of the 6th Erection Trust,
- 1950β 1953 - Head of the construction department Tambovkhimpromstroya,
- 1953β 1955 - Tambovhimpromstroi trust manager,
- 1953β 1958 - manager of the trust Apatitstroy MHP ( Murmansk region ),
- 1958β1961 - Tambovhimpromstroi trust manager,
- 1961-1962 - Deputy Chairman of the Tambov Regional Executive Committee
- 1962β 1963 - Chairman of the Council of National Economy of the Tambov economic region [1] ,
- 1963-1964 - Chairman of the Tambov industrial regional executive committee [1] [2] ,
- 1964β1965 - Deputy (from February), and then (from July) First Deputy Head of the Glavkhimneftestroy Gosstroy of the USSR,
- 1965β1977 - Deputy Minister of Chemical Industry of the USSR [2] ,
- 1977β 1986 - Head of the department of chemical and petrochemical industry of the Administration of the Council of Ministers of the USSR [2] .
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 6th convocation (from the Tambov Region, 1963-1967) [4] .
Since 1986 - retired .
