Zaitsev, Sergey Grigorievich

Sergey Zaitsev was born in 1968 in the city of Bryansk . He graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic College named after the 60th anniversary of the USSR, after serving in the army (1988-1990) he studied at the Kyrgyz Technical University. I.
