History
In 1971-1990, the journal “The Working Class and the Modern World” was published at the Institute of the International Labor Movement of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (published by the Nauka publishing house). In 1990, the institute was transformed into the Institute of Comparative Political Science , and since 1991 the publication was renamed to “Policy. Political Studies: Scientific and Cultural Journal.
According to Roskomnadzor , the print media magazine POLIS. Political Studies ”was registered in the Russian Federation on February 17, 2009, certificate number: PI No. FS 77 - 35342. Formally, according to the composition of founders, state registration, legal entities, POLIS. Political Studies ”and“ Policy. Political Studies: Scientific and Cultural Journal "- these are different publications with similar names .
