Coat of arms of Ingushetia

The national emblem of the Republic of Ingushetia is a circle in the center of which an eagle with spread wings is depicted - a symbol of nobility and courage, wisdom and fidelity.
In the center of the coat of arms along the vertical axis against the backdrop of the Caucasus Mountains is the Ingush battle tower , symbolizing the ancient and young Ingushetia.
Table Mountain (“Matt Loam”) is depicted on the left side of the tower, and Mount Kazbek (“Bashloam”) is on the right.
Above the mountains and the tower is a semicircle of the Sun at its zenith , from which seven direct rays emanate downward.
In the lower part of the small circle a solar sign is depicted, symbolizing the perpetual motion of the Sun and the Earth, the relationship and infinity of all things. The arcuate rays of the solar sign are rotated counterclockwise.
Between the big and small circles there is an inscription: at the top - “Republic of Ingushetia ”, at the bottom - “Galgay Mokhk”.

Interpretation of colors

The national emblem of the Republic of Ingushetia is executed in five colors: white, blue, green, red and golden yellow.

• White color symbolizes the purity of thoughts and actions characteristic of the people of Ingushetia;
• blue color - a symbol of the sky, space;
• green color represents the nature, abundance and fertility of the land of Ingushetia, and also is a symbol of Islam ;
• red color is a symbol of the centuries-old struggle of the Ingush people for survival;
• yellow color - the color of the Sun, which gives life to man and nature.
