Therefore, at the beginning of its history to this day, the population of the settlement is focused on the use of near-water wildlife and fishing. The Steller's sea eagle has always been a "competitor" to humans, doing essentially the same hunt. This is a powerful, beautiful bird from the family of fish-eating eagles, an ancient and characteristic inhabitant of these places. On July 28, 2006, in Kliuchevskoye rural settlement, the results of the competition for the best project of the coat of arms of the municipality were summed up. The project of a resident of the village of Klyuchi, Yuri Fedorovich Buchurlin, was recognized as the best, in which it was depicted: the snow-white dome of the volcano Klyuchevskaya Sopka, above it a trail of smoke, in the foreground a Steller's sea eagle.
