Sergey Vyacheslavovich Lazarev (born April 1, 1983, Moscow , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian singer , theater , film and dubbing actor, TV presenter . Former member of Smash !! . Biography
Born April 1, 1983 in Moscow . From 4 years old he was engaged in gymnastics . Parents Vyacheslav Yurievich and Valentina Viktorovna Lazarev divorced, he was still small, the divorce occurred at the initiative of his mother [3] , Sergey was raised by his mother with his brother Pavel, his father did not pay child support [3] [4] . Gradually, Lazarev stopped visiting sports sections and continued his studies in various children's musical ensembles. From 9 to 11 years old Sergey Lazarev sang in the ensemble named after Vladimir Loktev with his brother Paul. At the same time he played in the theater of Boris Pokrovsky . In 1995, he became one of the participants in the Fidget children's ensemble. As part of Fidget, he took part in well-known television programs and festivals. In the same year, starred in the television comedy magazine " Jumble ".
Education

Smash !!
In 2001, Sergey Lazarev, together with his fidget "Fidget" - Vlad Topalov - became a member of the musical project Smash !! . The idea to make their own duet project came to the guys during their work in the "Fidgets" ensemble. The idea went into concrete execution when Vlad’s mother invited the boys to record together an aria from the musical Notre-Dame de Paris as a birthday present to his father.
At first, the duo was managed by Simon Naper Bell, who was a Wham manager in the past ! . In August 2002, the duet of Lazarev and Topalov won the contest " New Wave " in Jurmala . The first duet video for the song “Belle” lasted for six months on the top lines of the MTV charts. At the same time, Lazarev took part in the play " Romeo and Juliet " theater named after A.S. Eurovision Song Contest 2016
In December 2015, Sergey Lazarev was selected by VGTRK as the representative of Russia at Eurovision 2016 [11] . On September 18, 2010, during a speech by Sergei Lazarev at City Day in Rostov-on-Don , the organizers suddenly interrupted his speech right in the middle and muted the microphone [29] [30] [31] .
