Church dignitary in velvet ermine-trimmed mozzeta and lace roquette
Rocchetto , or Rochetto ( Italian: rocchetto ) - part of the vestments of the pope , appeared in the XV century , white pleated half-short clothes made of linen, trimmed with lace.
Rocchetto is also an element of the vestment of the Catholic bishop . A white shirt, reaching the knees, in appearance resembling a komzhu , with the only difference being that the sleeves of the rocketta are narrow and the komzhi are expanding. It is put on over a cassock . It can be decorated with galloons or lace.
The coma and the roquette are based on an alba .
