Appearance
Body length is from 37.5 to 43 cm, tail - from 30.5 cm to 35.5 cm. A slender, graceful lens with fur of light gray or brown-gray color from the back is decorated with 4 or 5 transverse black stripes. He has dark spots on his sides and legs.
Distribution
It lives in the forests of Thailand , Malaysia, Sumatra, Kalimantan .
Lifestyle
This nocturnal animal , spends most of the time on trees, skillfully climbs and jumps on them. However, he is agile and on the ground.
Nutrition
It feeds on birds, small mammals, insects, lizards and frogs, as well as bird eggs.
Reproduction
Features of breeding are not well understood, but it is believed that a female gives birth twice a year. In the litter there are from 2 to 3 cubs. Babies are born in a hollow tree or in a hole.
