He made his debut in the international arena in 2003 at the World Championships in Paris . He took part in the Olympic Games of 2004 , where at a distance of 200 meters he was able to reach only the quarterfinals. 2006 , when he took the 6th place in the championship of Africa in the 200m race . In 2007, he won a bronze medal in the 4 × 100 meter relay at all-African games .
At the Olympics in Beijing ran a distance of 200 meters. In the final race he took the honorable 4th place with a score of 20.22. Among such world stars as Usain Bolt , Sean Crawford and Walter Dix , getting into the winners was almost impossible.
He was the standard bearer of the Zimbabwe national team at the opening of the 2008 Olympic Games.
