Symbolism Description
The basis of the coat of arms of the municipality of the city of Dalnegorsk is taken to be its natural and geographical position and importance in the economy of the Primorsky Territory.
The coat of arms of the municipality of Dalnegorsk is expressed in a concise and symbolic form and to the maximum extent comply with the rules of Russian heraldry.
The color of the shield field includes:
Green - symbolizes the color characteristic of the Ussuri taiga and expresses lush vegetation, rich nature and forest wealth of the municipality
Azure or blue color - symbolizes the color of the sea and shows that the municipality is located on the coast of the sea and thereby emphasizes its seaside position. Azure color also symbolizes beauty and grandeur, the color of Water and Sky.
Mountains - a symbol of the city, its characteristic relief, a source of underground natural wealth of the city and the region.
The non-heraldic figure is a stylized image of Druze crystals, symbolizing the main branch of the municipality - the mining industry.
On the official website of the Dalnegorsk city district there is a drawing of a coat of arms with decorations. The shield is crowned with a trident golden tower crown and framed by a wreath of golden laurel branches intertwined with a red Alexander ribbon . [2]
