Biography
Born on June 1, 1925 in the village of Ilyinskoye, Selivanovsky District, Vladimir Region .
He graduated from the 7th grade in Gorky in 1940, the 3rd Gorky Naval Special Secondary School (09.1940-06.1942), the preparatory course of the Naval Economic School (09.1942-06.1943), the Higher Naval Engineering College named after F. E. Dzerzhinsky with a gold medal (10.1943-09.1948), Naval Academy of Shipbuilding and Arms named after A.N. Krylova with a gold medal (03.1953-03.1956), adjuncture of the Naval Academy of Shipbuilding and Arms named after A.N. Krylova (03.1956-10.1957). In the Navy since 1943. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1947.
Trained as a cadet on the training ship "Komsomolets" of the Baltic Fleet (07.-08.1944). Participant of the Victory Parade in Moscow in 1945 as part of the consolidated regiment of the Navy. At the parade - foreman 2 articles.
