Biography
Born in 1902 in the city of Podolsk in the Moscow province in a family of a middle peasant. In 1913 he graduated from the parish school, the village of Yakshino; rabfak Timiryazev Agricultural Academy (1922-1925); Textile faculty of Moscow Engineering and Economics Institute (1932).
Member of the Komsomol (1920-1926).
The supply worker at the textile factory of the Medvedev brothers, the village of Venyukovo, Podolsky Uyezd (1913-1919).
Career
In the Red Army : Private 167 rifle regiment of the Special Division, adjutant of the headquarters 164 rifle regiment of the 55 brigade of the 19 rifle division (1919-1921).
Instructor, head of the economic and legal department of the Podolsky district committee of the RKSM (1921-1922); Secretary of the Komsomol cell, head of the cultural and propaganda sector of the cell of the CPSU (b) , chairman of the factory factory "Red Worker", Moscow (1925-1930).
