The tournament became part of the hockey Euro Tour and was held in Stockholm, Sweden . The winner of the tournament was the home team of the national team of Sweden .
The exhibition match Finland - Russia was played in the Finnish capital Helsinki at the open Olympic stadium with a capacity of over 40 thousand spectators [1] . The game, which ended with a score of 2-0 in favor of the Russians, gathered more than 25 thousand people.
Prior to this, the tournament was called LG Hockey Games, but after LG Electronics did not renew the sponsorship agreement, it was renamed Oddset Hockey Games, and the new sponsor of the competition was in the gambling business Svenska Spel .
