Career

Sergey Tereshchenko began his professional career in 2009 as part of the Magnitogorsk club of the Steel Hockey League 's youth hockey league , playing before that for the farm club of his native Metallurg . In his debut season, Sergey played 69 matches on the site, in which he scored 34 (9 + 25) points, becoming the owner of the Kharlamov Cup together with the club, and also receiving a prize named after Vyacheslav Fetisov as the best defender of the year [1] .

Tereshchenko also began the next season in Magnitogorsk, in 38 matches held, gaining 19 (6 + 13) points, but on January 27, 2011 he was exchanged for St. Petersburg SKA for Gleb Klimenko [2] . Nevertheless, he also finished the season in the MHL as part of the SKA-1946 club, noting 5 (0 + 5) scoring points in 14 matches. On May 18, 2011, Sergey returned to Magnitogorsk [3] , continuing his performances with Steel Fox.

On January 7, 2012, in a match against Yekaterinburg Avtomobilist Tereshchenko made his debut in the Continental Hockey League , having spent four shifts on the site.

June 14, 2012 was exchanged in Donetsk Donbass [4] [5] .
