The Natural Park Perche (fr. Parc naturel régional du Perche ) is a regional natural park in northern France .
The Perche Natural Park is located in the department of Orne, in the region of Lower Normandy and in the Department of Ayr and Loire region of the Center . The park was established in 1998 and currently covers an area of 182 thousand hectares. On its territory there are 118 communes with a population of 77 thousand people. The board of the park is located in the municipality of Nok.
The park is located in the historic county of La Perche . Of particular interest to naturalists and ecologists are the huge meadows surrounded by hedges, in which in the past a special local horse breed, Percheron, was bred. Currently, the park landscape is preserved in almost its natural, primordial state. Here in large numbers alternate forest spaces with meadows and wastelands, there are also wetlands. On the territory of the Park Persh, many species of rare animals and plants are preserved and are now protected.
