Khitarishvili, Mindia Georgievich

1987-1991 He studied at the Batumi College of Music in the department of choral conducting. 1991-1996 He studied at the Tbilisi State Conservatory and the Academy of Arts of Georgia at the Department of Musicology and Composition (in the composition class of Prof. N. Mamisashvili). Since 1996, he worked as the head of the pop department at the Batumi Music College. Z. Paliashvili. In parallel, he collaborated with the music editor of Adjara television, worked as a music editor. He is a member of the union of composers and authors of Georgia. Since 2001, a member of the Adjara organization of the Union of Theater Workers of Georgia. Since 2001, he worked at the Batumi State Conservatory (now the State University of Arts), where he taught a course in composition, polyphony, orchestration, instrumental studies, jazz harmony and improvisation. Since 2004, he worked as a specialist in orchestral arrangement at the Batumi State Music Center. From 1997 to 2012 he worked as the head of the musical part and producer at the Batumi State Puppet Theater and a young audience. For his contribution to the development of Georgian theater, he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Art Worker / Georgia, Batumi 2003 /. At various times he received numerous awards, prizes and international diplomas.

Since 2012 lives in Israel. For two years he worked as a music producer for GTV (Georgian Television) in Tel Aviv. Since 2014, composer Ruthat (Russian troupe of the Haifa Theater). Teacher of composition, theory of music and piano at the Dunye Weizmann Conservatory (Haifa).
