Jurassic Museum ( German: Jura-Museum ) is a paleontological museum located in the city of Eichstett ( Germany ). The museum exhibits Jurassic fossils found in limestone mined in the Zolnhofen community . Among the exhibits are the remains of pterosaurs , archeopteryx , the lawyer , etc.
The museum has aquariums with “ living fossils ” ( nautiluses , horseshoe crabs , fish of the carapace family ), which allows a clear comparison of the Jurassic fauna with modern animals.
