Biography
Born on December 6, 1946 in Saint-Flory ( department of the Pas-de-Calais ). Member of the Union for the Popular Movement , in 2003-2010 - party leader in the department of the Pas de Calais. In 2010, at the elections to the regional council, Nor-Pas-de-Calais headed the list of right-wing parties in the Pas-de-Calais department, which received 22.63% of the vote in the 2nd round and lost not only to the "left" bloc, but also extremely Right National Front .
