Biography
Born on June 18, 1954 in the village of Mikhailovka , Chimishli District , Moldavian SSR . Moldavian.
Education
- He graduated from the Chisinau Electrotechnical College.
- In 1979 he graduated from the Chisinau Polytechnic Institute with a degree in automation and telemechanics .
During the period of MSSR
- Since 1979, he has been working as an electronic engineer.
- In 1986 - 1990 - head of the department of Rybnitsa cement-slate plant.
- From 1990 to 1991 - was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Moldavian SSR .
PMR Career
- September 2, 1990 became a member of the Presidium of the Provisional Supreme Council of the Transnistrian Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic , became one of the participants in the creation of unrecognized Transnistria .
- During the November 1991 elections, the President of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika was nominated as vice-president of the PMR under candidate Grigory Maracuta .
- From 1992 to 1995 - Member of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika I convocation.
- In 1992 - 1996, he served as chairman of the Committee on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Press under the Supreme Council of the PMR.
- Since October 1996, as Chairman of the Committee on Information, Press and Communications under the President of the PMR .
- Since February 10, 1997 - Chairman of the State Committee for Information and Press of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic .
