Recep Bazarov ( Turkmen. Rejep Bazarow ; born in 1958 , Amyderya , Gubadag etrap ) is a Turkmen statesman and politician. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan (since 2016) [2] . One of the presidential candidates in Turkmenistan in the 2012 election .

Biography
In 1975 he entered the Turkmen Agricultural Institute , graduated in 1980 with a degree in veterinarian .
He began his career as a senior veterinarian in the Daikhan association “Amyderya” of the Gubadag etrap, and soon became the head of the veterinary service of the Gubadag etrap.
In 2000-2005, he worked as the head of the agricultural department of the khyakimlik of Gubadag etrap, deputy chairman, chairman of the agricultural joint-stock company Obakhyzmat of Gubadag etrap.
From 2005 to 2008 - Chairman of the Gubadag Etrap Association of Trade Unions of the Dashoguz Province.
In 2008-2011 he worked as the deputy khyakim of the Gurbansoltan eje etrap for agriculture, the khyakim of the Gubadag etrap.
Since 2011 - deputy khyakim of the Dashoguz velayat for agriculture.
On July 6, 2012, he was appointed Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan [3] ; on April 4, 2014, he was relieved of his post due to transfer to another job.
In September 2014, following a vote, he was elected leader of the Agrarian Party of Turkmenistan [4] .
He was a deputy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan in the constituency No. 103 "Zarpchi" of the Mary province. On April 29, 2016, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan adopted a resolution according to which the powers of a deputy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan were terminated ahead of schedule. [five]
On April 29, 2016 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan [2] .

Married, has six children.
Presidential Election
December 29, 2011 was registered as a candidate for the post of President of Turkmenistan [6] . On January 9, 2012, he made an election program in front of voters at the Palace of Culture of the Ruhabat district of Akhal province. Recep Bazarov said that he would work honestly, sparing no strength and knowledge, to do everything in his power “to further improve national democracy” [7] . Gained 0.28 percent of the vote (4th place).
